SHIRAITO Sake Brewery Tanaka 65 x MINOTAUR INST.


"MINOTAUR INST. TANAKA 65" was born from the fact that we both have a light feel and a strong philosophy for everyday life, and have a very high affinity.
In order to achieve a "lighter drinking comfort" than the usual "Tanaka 65", we used the rare Organic Yamada Nishiki from Itoshima, Fukuoka Prefecture, and adjusted the brewing process mainly for koji making.
